Part-Time Positions:
Harvest Employee
Looking for a seasonal summertime position? Tri-Cities Grain offers a great opportunity for consistent summertime employment! Seasonal summer jobs for harvest run approximately from June through the end of August.
- Scale Attendant – weighing in and out grain trucks and directing truck traffic.
- Grain Pit Attendant – dumping trucks, monitoring grain quality, and communicating with office periodically
- General Maintenance/Clean Up – Keeping work environments clean and in good order for daily use
Hours:
- Early Shift 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Late Shift 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- 6 days a week with opportunity to work Sunday. (Sunday one shift only 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Wage:
- $16.28 per hour
- Time and a half for all hour over 40 hours
Expectations:
- Commitment for all of harvest timeframe
- Show up to work on time
- Overtime as required

Full-Time Positions:
Facility Operator & Maintenance Position
Tri-Cities Grain, a grain merchandising company located in Pasco, WA, specializes in working with farmers, feedlots, dairies, feed mills and grain exporters in the Pacific Northwest. A full-time position is available for a qualified facility operator. Mechanical/maintenance experience is required and on the job training will be provided for grain handling. Applicant should be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be able to efficiently perform job duties within the scope of all grain handling listed below.
Opportunities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and housekeeping.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Have self-awareness of environment and be able to identify potential problems.
- Perform all duties related to shipping and receiving grain.
- Evaluate incoming grain for quality, type, and properly segregate it.
- Make logistic decisions to fully optimize warehouse space in facility.
- Obtain WA. State pesticide/herbicide license.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive effective communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills.
The hours for this full-time position are normally 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. During the harvest periods (July-August for wheat harvest; October-December for corn harvest) shift times will fluctuate due to the extended hours of operation in harvest.
